The Baxter Collection:
Preemie/Baby hats: Baxter's Happy Dog Hat, Bobbles & Bobbles, Bumblebee Hat.
Sizes: preemie (lg preemie, full term, 3-6 months)
Materials:
Needles - Two size US 3 (3.25mm) needles
Yarn - 1 oz 3/2 mercerized cotton or any sport weight yarn in assorted colors, enough to make 1 hat in any size.
Gauge - 5.5 stitches per inch and 7.5 rows per inch over stockinet stitch.
This collection of preemie hats is named after Baxter, one of Emily's two dogs. He is half German Shepherd and half Golden Retriever and has big floppy ears just like the dog on the hat.
