	Elsa’s Favorite Little Bear Hats: Knit up a sweet little bear hat for your sweet little child. Make an unadorned bear or add a hat or a sweat band just for fun. The possibilities are endless. Make a bunch and have a Teddy Bears’ Picnic. Sizes: Preemie (lg preemie, full term, 3/6mo, toddler)
Materials: 1st four sizes: Needles - 2 size US 3 (3.25mm) or size to achieve gauge. Yarn - 3.2 mercerized cotton or any sport wt yarn. Bear Color and Hat color; 1 oz each. A few yards black for eyes, nose and mouth. Gauge - 5.5 stitches/7.5 rows per inch. Materials: 6 months and toddler sizes: Needles - 2 size US 7(4.5mm) or size to achieve gauge. Yarn - worsted wt 1skein (3.5 oz) each, bear color and hat color. Gauge - 4.5 stitches per inch. Using worsted wt yarn and size 7 needles, follow 4th size for 6 months size.
