This is the sweater I made for my brother-in-law Kerry for Christmas 2001, from your pattern. He loves the photo (he's serving in Afghanistan with the Navy at the moment, so we didn't send the actual sweater to him, but had my sister open it on Christmas Eve instead and emailed the photo to him that night for Christmas morning in his time zone!) I've had a lot of offers to take this sweater off my hands!
