We call our business Forbes Family Knits because the whole family does knit.

We travel to as many dog and cat shows as we can in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Michigan, and Iowa. We have even done a few shows in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

At one time we had a store front (13 years), where we sold and serviced Brother and Studio knitting machines, offered knitting lessons in hand and machine, and did some custom knitting. We were involved in more than 30 craft shows a year. For that last nine years, we have worked out of our home. We started doing dog shows, and last year we added the web site. We are still Brother dealers but we have quit doing craft shows and just do dog shows.

All of our 100% acrylic products are one-of-a-kind items. If you have questions or a special need for an item, give us a buzz and we will take the time to create something very unique for you.
