I used 6mm straights and pattern "On the Point Vest" by Vicki Square from the 1999 Summer Knitters magazine. My gauge was different than what they specified, so I modified it by following the knitting instructions of the large size to match the schematic of the small size. I know, confusing, but it worked and fits me perfectly!

I didn't have enough yarn for the back so I used some navy Patons Classic 100% merino wool.

I love this design, I think it goes great with t-shirts and jeans.
