How to Order
Needle Beetle is located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

We accept PayPal, personal cheques/checks, money orders, or international money orders through the website shopping cart or by e-mail.
Shipping and handling is extra. Customers outside Canada are responsible for any customs duties or port entry charges. Shipping within Canada & USA is sent airmail for up to 20 patterns. Shipping to international destinations is dependent on weight and orders may be sent airmail or surface. The shopping cart will calculate for shipping up to 20 patterns per purchase. For purchases of 21 patterns or more, your shipping will be recalculated in your e-mail order confirmation. Orders will be shipped Wednesday or Saturday.

All PayPal customers will be sent an e-mail invoice in CDN dollars after an order is placed.

Customers residing in Canada who choose to pay by cheque or money order through the website shopping cart - payment must be by cheque or money order in Canadian funds. Needle Beetle will confirm cheque or money order payments by e-mail with the total value of your order including shipping charges and applicable taxes (Ontario residents pay 8% provincial sales tax). Full instructions on how to send cheques or money orders will be e-mailed to you in your order confirmation.

For customers outside Canada who choose to pay by cheque or money order through the website shopping cart - payment must be by cheque or international money order in US funds/Euros/Pounds Sterling drawn on a US or European bank. Currency exchange rates will be applied to the total of your order to reflect current Canadian pricing of Needle Beetle patterns. Needle Beetle will confirm cheque or money order payments by e-mail with the total value of your order including shipping charges. Full instructions on how to send cheques or money orders will be e-mailed to you in your order confirmation.

For orders over $35 CDN, payment must be made by Paypal, or money order/international money order.

Important: There will be a $25 CDN surcharge for all NSF cheques
(NSF = non-sufficient funds)

Patterns are non-refundable/non-exchangable.

If you prefer to order items by e-mail, please e-mail us with the title and quantity of the item(s) you are interested in along with your name and address.
